## Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment while contributing to the safety and security of digital communities for Portuguese-speaking users.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will monitor digital content and user interactions, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold community standards and improve safety protocols.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and evaluate user-generated content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Portuguese-speaking users.
-   Respond promptly to safety-related issues and user inquiries.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine digital safety strategies.
-   Analyze safety trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
-   Stay updated on digital safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written), and a high level of English, is essential.
-   You must clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be provided.
