## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Pinecrest Technologies. In this role, you will lead backend development of distributed data pipelines serving enterprise SaaS customers. You will design and implement RESTful APIs handling millions of daily requests, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features. The ideal candidate has strong experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and modern software development practices. ## Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or C++. Experience building distributed systems and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
