🚚 **Self-Employed Delivery Drivers – Carlisle | ATA North**

ATA North is looking for reliable and professional **Self-Employed Delivery Drivers** to join our growing delivery operation in Carlisle.

With the opportunity to **earn up to £315 per day**, consistent work and support from our local operations team, this is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking to build a regular delivery schedule.

### 💷 Pay Rates

Our daily rates are based on the total mileage completed, giving you the opportunity to earn more depending on your allocated route:

-   **0–100 miles:** £230 per day
-   **101–125 miles:** £250 per day
-   **126–150 miles:** £270 per day
-   **151–175 miles:** £295 per day
-   **176+ miles:** £315 per day

### The Role

-   Deliver parcels across allocated Carlisle routes.
-   Complete multi-drop deliveries using handheld technology.
-   Follow delivery instructions and provide professional customer service.
-   Work from the DPD depot in **Carlisle**.
-   Receive support from our dedicated local operations team.
-   Consistent work within a seven-day operation, subject to rota and availability.

### What We Offer

-   Competitive daily rates of up to **£315 per day**.
-   Weekly payments, paid two weeks in arrears.
-   Delivery driver insurance included.
-   24/7 vehicle use for personal use and additional contract work, subject to rental terms.
-   £500 refundable deposit, payable upfront or spread over five weeks.
-   Support from an experienced operations team.
-   Payment processing through Shield Accountancy.

### Requirements

-   Aged 21 or over.
-   Full UK manual driving licence held for at least one year.
-   No more than 6 penalty points.
-   Confident driving extra-long-wheelbase (XLWB) vehicles.
-   Right to work in the UK.
-   Ability to pass the required background checks.
-   Multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential.
