## Description

### Job Description – SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance and Controlling implementations and support projects. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge in SAP FICO with exposure to S/4HANA, preferably S/4HANA Public Cloud environments.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Work on SAP FICO configuration, support, enhancements, and implementation activities.
-   Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
-   Handle end-to-end finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Banking.
-   Support S/4HANA transformation and migration activities.
-   Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and provide client-facing consulting support.
-   Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
-   Perform testing, issue resolution, user training, and post-go-live support.
-   Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.

## Requirements

### Required Skills

-   5–7 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
-   Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
-   Exposure to SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
-   Experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud is an added advantage.
-   Good understanding of finance business processes and integrations.
-   Ability to manage groundwork independently and work in fast-paced environments.
-   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Client-facing consulting experience is mandatory
