## Description

**Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)**

**Location:** Missouri  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth

We are seeking an **LCSW** to provide therapy and clinical support to clients throughout Missouri. The position includes completing assessments, developing treatment plans, conducting individual therapy sessions, and following client progress over time.

### Responsibilities

-   Complete psychosocial assessments through telehealth
-   Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions
-   Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
-   Review client progress and adjust goals or treatment as appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Follow applicable ethical, legal, and Missouri licensing requirements
-   Protect client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries

## Requirements

-   Active Missouri LCSW license
-   Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
-   Clinical experience in mental health treatment
-   Familiarity with telehealth platforms
-   Organized and self-directed work style
