## Description

**Westview International Language School** is looking for We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Dean to lead and oversee the academic vision, standards, and performance of the school.

Head of Department – Social Studies to join our academic team.

🔹 Requirements:

\* Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or a related field.

\* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.

\* Previous HOD or academic leadership experience is preferred.

\* Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional practices.

\* Experience with the American curriculum is highly preferred.

\* Strong leadership and teacher mentoring skills.

\* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

\* Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

\* Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural school environment
