## Description

About the Role  
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with industrial clients, understand their operational challenges, and identify solution opportunities. This is a client-facing, field-based position that combines engineering expertise with business development responsibilities.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
\- Identify and connect with clients in industrial sectors  
\- Conduct meetings to understand client operations and challenges  
\- Propose suitable solution concepts tailored to client needs  
\- Qualify opportunities and support business development activities  
\- Maintain a pipeline of clients and accurate records  
  
Requirements  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field  
\- Minimum 3 years of experience in either:  
\- Industrial or technical sales, or  
\- Engineering roles (maintenance, operations, plant, facilities)  
\- Strong communication and problem-solving skills  
\- Comfortable with client interaction and site visits  
  
Preferred Profile  
\- Engineers interested in transitioning to a sales or client-facing role  
\- Candidates with sales experience in technical or industrial environments  
\- Confident in engaging new clients and building relationships
