We are currently hiring a Motion Designer for **a digital insurance company in** **KSA** on a **remote, 1-year contract (subject to extension)**, offering an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact performance marketing campaigns within a dynamic and data-driven environment.

**Main Responsibilities**

-   Create **motion graphics** and animated content that bring ideas to life across digital platforms.
-   Collaborate closely with **marketing, design, and content teams** to produce engaging visual storytelling.
-   Develop **dynamic assets** for campaigns, social media, and digital products that align with brand identity and tone.
-   Stay updated with **animation trends, techniques, and tools** to keep the brand’s motion identity fresh and innovative.
-   Design and animate content for **social media, digital ads, and video campaigns**.
-   Create motion graphics for **product explainers, event videos, and promotional materials**.
-   Collaborate with the creative team to **develop storyboards and animation concepts**.
-   Edit and enhance video content with **smooth transitions, text animations, and visual effects**.
-   Maintain **brand consistency** across all motion and video outputs.
-   Optimize animations for multiple formats including **web, mobile, and social media**.
-   Deliver **high-quality work under tight deadlines**.

## Requirements

**Education:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field** (required).

**Experience & Knowledge:**

-   **1–3 years** of professional experience in **motion design, animation, or video content creation**.
-   Proficiency in **Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop**.
-   Familiarity with **Cinema 4D** or other 3D software is a plus.
-   Strong understanding of **animation principles, timing, and visual rhythm**.
-   Experience with **animated typography, infographics, and explainer videos**.
-   Knowledge of **sound design integration** for motion graphics.
-   Familiarity with **Figma** or other digital collaboration tools.
-   Understanding of **video formats, compression, and export settings** for various platforms.
-   Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote environment.
