### What You'll Do Every Day (Your Vibe)

-   **Be the Hero:** Handle incoming queries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone and email, solving first-level questions regarding product info, pricing, and brand websites.
-   **Keep it Organized:** Update and maintain customer records in our CRM tool like a pro.
-   **Guide the Way:** Assist users with website navigation and help them connect with local dealers or track their order status.
-   **Team Up:** Work closely with a dynamic team of 25+ international colleagues, sharing insights, celebrating wins, and collaborating in English.

## Requirements

-   **Language Skills:** Native or C1-level Dutch speaker with a solid command of English (B2+), as our training, systems, and global team meetings are in English.
-   **Tech Savvy:** Good basic PC skills (Windows, MS 365) and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
-   **Mindset:** An open-minded, communicative personality who loves problem-solving and is excited about relocating to Greece.
-   **Bonus Points:** A general interest in cars or the automotive world is a cool plus, but definitely not a dealbreaker!
-   **Flexibility:** Ready to smash your goals from Monday to Friday (with occasional readiness for a Weekend shift if needed).
