## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently hiring an Italian Speaking Content Moderator to work in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to live and work in a culturally rich city while ensuring a safe and engaging online community for Italian-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to guarantee compliance with community standards and policies.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
-   Accurately classify content based on established moderation policies.
-   Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
-   Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation procedures.
-   Collaborate with the moderation team to refine processes and maintain quality standards.
-   Stay informed about company policies concerning content moderation and online community engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or related roles is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistent application of guidelines.
-   Effective communication skills to explain moderation decisions clearly and professionally.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.
-   Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a new work and cultural environment.
-   Self-driven with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
