What You Will Do  
\- Refactor legacy applications, address technical debt, and apply modern design principles.  
\- Analyze business objectives, prepare action plans, and identify areas for improvement.  
\- Work across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to system stability, scalability, and continuous improvement.  
\- Translate backend business and functional requirements into technical designs.  
\- Report to the Head of Engineering, based in Kuala Lumpur, who comes from a fintech background.  
\- Be part of a team of 20 engineers in Malaysia, working closely with the lead engineer and Product Manager from Singapore.  
  
What You Will Need  
\- 3-10+ years of experience with .NET Core.  
\- Experience with Event Driven architecture, Microservices, and API Integrations.  
\- Cloud experience with AWS or other platforms such as Azure or GCP.  
\- Background in fintech, tech companies, product companies, startups, or scale-ups, with a focus on building enterprise-ready solutions or rolling out new features.
