## Description

We're looking for a Control Room Shift Manager to lead our Control Room nights team and ensure the smooth operation of site systems, automation, and product flow.

You'll oversee a team of Control Room Technicians, manage operational incidents, coordinate with Engineering and Operations teams, and play a key role in achieving site performance, safety, and service targets.

Shift pattern – 4 on 4 off, nights 19:00-07:00

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead, coach, and develop the Control Room team.
-   Oversee daily control room operations and system performance.
-   Monitor warehouse automation and resolve operational issues.
-   Coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, and system failures.
-   Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders.
-   Produce operational reports and communicate updates to site leadership.
-   Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support KPI delivery.
-   Ensure compliance with health & safety, company policies, and operational procedures.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in a Control Room, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operational environment.
-   Proven leadership and people management experience.
-   Knowledge of automated warehouse systems.
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
-   Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing incidents under pressure.
-   Good understanding of health & safety and risk management principles.
