## Description

1.  Provide senior technical guidance for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration.
2.  Review the current cloud environment and assess readiness for production migration.
3.  Validate the architecture, configuration, networking, compute, storage, security, access management, monitoring, backup, and recovery setup.
4.  Identify technical risks, operational gaps, dependencies, and readiness issues prior to go-live.
5.  Support migration preparation, cutover planning, production migration activities, and post-migration stabilization.
6.  Provide consultation on issues encountered during migration preparation, testing, and readiness activities.
7.  Advise the KSA IT team on post-go-live operations including monitoring, incident handling, access administration, backup, recovery, support procedures, and escalation paths.
8.  Review cloud resource utilization and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
9.  Prepare and review operational runbooks, administration guides, support procedures, and handover documentation.
10.  Collaborate with Group Technology, KSA IT, Infrastructure, Applications, Information Security, Operations, and relevant vendors.
11.  Conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions for the internal IT team.
12.  Ensure the cloud environment meets banking-grade requirements for security, availability, resilience, auditability, and operational control.
13.  Provide management-level recommendations on migration readiness, key risks, and required corrective actions.

## Requirements

**Must Have**:

-   10+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud migration, or production cloud operations.
-   Previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
-   Previous experience in regulated environments is an advantage.**  
      
    Qualifications**

1.  Senior-level experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
2.  Proven track record in cloud migration, cloud operations, and enterprise production support.
3.  Previous experience as a Cloud Consultant, Cloud Lead, Cloud Architect, or equivalent senior role.
4.  Deep knowledge of cloud compute, networking, storage, identity and access management, security, monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery.
5.  Solid understanding of hybrid cloud environments and enterprise infrastructure operations.
6.  Experience supporting production migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
7.  Ability to review technical designs, identify risks, and deliver practical recommendations.
8.  Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, and knowledge transfer skills.

**Preferred Skills**

1.  Oracle Cloud certification such as OCI Architect Professional, Architect Associate, or Operations Associate.
2.  Experience with cloud governance, security hardening, audit requirements, and operational controls.
3.  Experience with cost optimization and cloud resource management.
4.  Experience supporting business-critical systems on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
5.  Familiarity with middleware, integration platforms, databases, and core banking environments.
6.  Knowledge of change management, incident management, and production support practices.
