**Graduate Engineers** at John Paul Construction will support the delivery of construction and engineering projects while developing technical, commercial, and project management skills. Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, Graduates will gain practical experience across design coordination, site engineering, project controls, quality management, health and safety, and stakeholder engagement.

**Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:**

• Support project engineers and managers with day-to-day project activities

• Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions

• Assist with project reporting and documentation

• Support design reviews and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors

• Carry out site inspections and progress monitoring

• Support subcontractor coordination and site logistics planning

• Observe construction methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Assist with snagging and close-out activities

• Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments

• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives where applicable

• Participate in graduate development programmes and mentoring initiatives

• Work towards professional accreditation or chartership

## Requirements
