As a Fitbit Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers by troubleshooting device issues, offering detailed product guidance, and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer support for Fitbit products to Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues, provide product information, and assist customers in maximizing their Fitbit device experience.
-   Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
-   Keep updated with the latest Fitbit product developments through continuous training.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated on your CV and/or cover letter.
-   Experience in customer support, preferably in technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
-   Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
