Hybrid role in Athens (office + home office)

-   Work model: Hybrid after training
-   Schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotating shifts within 07:00–02:00 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week).
-   Initially, shifts end by 22:00. After gaining experience, advisors may be offered the late shift ending at 02:00, worked remotely from home.
-   No experience needed – paid training provided!

### About the Project

Our client is a modern digital financial service supporting freelancers and small businesses across Europe with everyday account and payment solutions.

### What you will do:

-   Support customers via phone and email in Italian
-   Help with accounts, payments and general requests
-   Build trust through clear and friendly communication
-   Work with internal systems and follow simple processes

### Salary:

-   1100gross/month x 14 – base salary
-   Monthly performance bonus of up to 10%
-   **Up Hellas Card:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year

**Average monthly gross package: 1,100–1,210 gross/month + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card**

### Who we are looking for:

-   Perfect Italian (min. C2)
-   English (at least B1) – for an internal communication
-   Good communication skills
-   Customer-oriented mindset
-   Based in Athens and willing to work in a hybrid setting with an office part in Neos Kosmos area
-   EU citizenship or valid Greek residence/work permit
