As a Hungarian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will engage directly with Hungarian-speaking players, providing exceptional support to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. ### Your Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver timely and empathetic support to Hungarian-speaking players via chat, email, and other communication channels.
-   Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues efficiently and effectively.
-   Gather valuable player feedback and share insights to aid in the improvement of game features and support services.
-   Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
-   Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and the overall player experience.
-   Assist in developing and updating support documentation and knowledge base resources.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Hungarian is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly state your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
-   Eligibility and willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria.
