**Responsibilities**

-   Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from **sourcing, screening to engaging top talent.**
-   Partner closely with business teams to understand **hiring needs** and define the ideal candidate profile.
-   Proactively source **high-quality candidates** through relevant platforms and networks.
-   Build and maintain strong **talent pipelines** for both immediate and future hiring needs.
-   Source and engage **industry experts and consultants** to bring specialised knowledge into the team.
-   Manage the **end-to-end recruiting process**, including coordination, referrals, and hiring activities.
-   Build relationships with **universities and institutions** to attract emerging talent.
-   Maintain clear and timely **stakeholder communication**, ensuring smooth hiring progress.
-   Support new hires through **onboarding and integration**, ensuring a positive experience from day one.
-   Contribute to a **positive and motivating work environment.**
-   Drive **employee engagement and well-being initiatives.**
-   Ensure alignment between **HR practices and business goals** to support team performance.

**Requirements**

-   Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
-   At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
-   Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with team members, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
-   Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a resourceful team player with a strong sense of urgency.
-   High ethical standards for handling sensitive and confidential information.
-   Self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
