**Key responsabilities:**

\- Executive support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.

\- KPI tracking and business operations reporting.

\- Budget, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting.

\- Invoice tracking and financial administration.

\- Overtime (OT) management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.

\- Data analysis, reporting, and leadership decision support.

\- Proactive identification of issues and recommendations for improvement.

## Requirements

-   Experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
-   Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
-   Experience in Financial and logistical administration (budget control, invoicing, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting)
-   Experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting
-   English: C1
-   Occasional trips (Santa Fe, CDMX)
