## Description

To process and analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and provide meaningful insights to support business decision-making and operational improvements.

### Minimum Qualifications

-   Preferred major: bachelor degree in Management Information Systems (MIS).
-   Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; distance-learning and online degrees are not accepted.
-   8 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
-   Excellent English communication skills.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Process and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Excel and professional PDF tools.
-   Extract information, interpret results, and provide conclusions to support decision-making.
-   Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
-   Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
-   Support reporting and data analysis activities, preferably within Learning & Development.

### Required Skills

-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional PDF tools.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and reporting capabilities.

### Preferred Certifications

-   HR-related certification.
-   Project Management Professional (PMP).
