## Description

**Full-Time Physical Therapist**

**Location:** Independence, MO  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM  
**Patient Flow:** 1–2 patients per hour  
**Pay Range:** $80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists

**About the Role**

This Physical Therapist position offers a steady Monday–Friday schedule, manageable patient volume, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on each patient’s recovery.

As a PT, your work will focus on helping patients move better, regain strength, improve function, and work toward goals that matter in everyday life. You will evaluate each patient, create a clear treatment plan, guide therapy sessions, and adjust care as progress is made.

**What You’ll Do**

-   Perform patient evaluations and functional assessments
-   Create treatment plans that match patient goals, diagnoses, and recovery needs
-   Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, balance training, gait training, and mobility support
-   Educate patients on home exercises, body mechanics, injury prevention, and recovery expectations
-   Monitor outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress
-   Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Coordinate care with physicians, referral sources, and other healthcare professionals as needed
-   Help patients build strength, movement confidence, and independence

## Requirements

-   Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
-   Current Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
-   Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
-   Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
-   Ability to provide high-quality care in a full-time clinical role
-   Reliable, professional, and comfortable working with a range of patient needs
