**Position Summary:**

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing plumbing team. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair tasks for residential customers. If you're a licensed plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and delivers outstanding customer service—we want to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Perform residential plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
-   Diagnose issues, communicate solutions to customers, and complete jobs efficiently
-   Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
-   Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards
-   Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
-   Collaborate with dispatch and team members to ensure customer satisfaction
-   Document services performed in our software system (ServiceTitan experience a plus)

## Requirements

**Requirements:**

-   3+ years of residential plumbing experience
-   Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and customer service abilities
-   Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-   Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in various environments
-   A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
