**QA & Test Automation Engineer

**

-   Design and execute functional and non-functional test cases based on business and technical requirements
-   Analyze requirements and define test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios
-   Perform front-end and back-end testing to ensure end-to-end system quality
-   Conduct API testing to validate integrations and data flows across systems
-   Develop and maintain automated test suites, ideally using TOSCA or similar tools
-   Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and provide clear and structured reporting
-   Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
-   Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
-   Ensure product quality aligns with performance, reliability, and usability expectations

-   At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in software testing / QA
-   ISTQB certification is required
-   Proven experience as a Test Analyst, including test design, execution, and reporting
-   Hands-on experience in test automation, ideally with TOSCA (Tricentis)
-   Solid experience in front-end and back-end testing
-   Strong experience in API testing
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
-   Familiarity with Agile environments and modern QA practices
-   Good communication and collaboration skills
