## Description

About the job

Laundryheap picks up dirty laundry and drops off clean laundry, usually within 24 hours, in 18+ cities across Europe, Asia, and North America. Simple promise, surprisingly hard to deliver at scale - which is exactly the kind of problem we like.

We're a team of 200+, scattered across the globe, trying to make "doing laundry" disappear from people's to-do lists entirely. Alongside our consumer business, we're building out a B2B vertical - contracted enterprise clients and platform partnerships - and it's still early: a lot of what exists today is manual and stitched together, and we're now building the product infrastructure to let it scale properly.

That's the job - turn B2B from a set of manual patches into a product with the infrastructure to grow on.

What you'll actually do

1. Help define the B2B service models for client needs that fall outside what core Laundryheap already offers, then build the product that actually supports each model in practice.
2. Build a partner API and order management capability for service-provider and platform partners, designed to be reusable so onboarding the next partner doesn't mean rebuilding the integration.
3. Support B2B operational reporting - visibility into performance across customers, facilities, and logistics that ops can act on before an SLA slips.

How we'll know you're doing this well

The north star is B2B revenue growth, but day to day you'll be judged on the things that get us there: successful partner integrations, order error rates, and how fast enterprise accounts move off manual workarounds and onto real product.

You're a good fit if

1. You've spent 5+ years as a PM, analyst, or similar on tech-powered products - not just shipping features, but discovering and validating what to build, then measuring the impact so you know it works.
2. You're comfortable pulling your own insights from data: SQL, BigQuery, Claude.
3. You can take a genuinely messy problem with no clean answer and write a clear, data-backed argument for what to do about it.
4. You work well with engineers, designers, AI and commercial/ops leadership without needing anyone to referee - this role sits between Product, Operations, and the B2B commercial team daily.
5. You've picked up new areas of a business before without waiting for a manual.
6. Bonus: you've worked on a delivery app before. Not required, just a shortcut.

This probably isn't for you if

1. You want a fully-scoped roadmap handed to you on day one, pressed and folded. Most of B2B product is currently unbuilt - a lot of this role is figuring out what the roadmap should even be.

What you get

1. Real ownership and one of the first dedicated product hires on a vertical the company is investing in scaling significantly.
2. Direct influence on metrics that matter: B2B revenue, contract renewal rate, partner integration success.
3. A seat on a multi-market consumer and B2B business spanning Europe and beyond.
4. Above-average pay for the Slovenian market, scoped to experience.
5. Whatever equipment the job needs.

How we work

1. Remote, occasional in-person time in Ljubljana - we like faces (and beers), not just Slack avatars.
2. Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm Ljubljana time.
3. 6-month trial period.

How we hire

1\. We read your application.

2\. Screening call with HR.

3\. Conversation with the CPO.

4\. A practical assignment, time-boxed to 90 minutes.

5\. We review it together with the Product team

6\. Final chat with HR, then an offer.

If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
