## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions at a UK-based organisation. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll gather requirements, map processes, and deliver insights that drive meaningful change.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders at all levels
-   Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
-   Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
-   Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus
-   Support UAT planning and execution for system or process changes

### What You'll Need

-   3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a technology or financial services environment
-   Proficiency in process mapping tools and requirements documentation
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Excellent communication and facilitation skills
-   Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

### What's on Offer

-   **Salary: R30,000 per month**
-   Full-time, permanent remote position
-   Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
