## Description

We are looking for a **Junior Electronics Engineer** to join our R&D team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and improvement of innovative products and the design of product testing equipment. 

Teltonika’s **telematics business unit** develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. We use the latest technologies to set new standards for the telematics industry.

**In this role, you will:**

A typical workday will consist of these main functions:

-   Assistance in designing products.
-   Schematic and PCB design.
-   Various measurements, calculations, identification of problems, and their resolution.
-   Prototype testing.
-   Antenna measurement and tuning.
-   Experiments with new electronic circuits.
-   Testing individual components.
-   Collaboration with our production and other departments.
-   Work with professional measurement equipment.
-   Work according to Agile practices.

**What we expect of you:**

-   Higher engineering education.
-   Ability to work with Altium Designer (or another schematic and PCB modeling program).
-   Ability to solder.
-   Understanding and ability to read technical documentation in English.

**Ideally, you’ll also have:**

-   Knowledge of high-frequency circuit design rules.
-   Experience in antenna measurement, tuning, and design.
-   Knowledge of RF and EMC.
-   Experience working with vehicle data transmission interfaces.
-   Experience using PCB simulation software.
-   Experience working with analog and digital circuits.
-   Ability to perform circuit simulations (e.g., LTspice or other).

**Salary**

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h up to 16 Eur/h (~1835 Eur—2669 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
