## Description

Are you skilled at aligning business needs with technology? Have you worked with ERP, CRM, or similar platforms to bridge operational gaps and deliver measurable impact across teams? If so, and you're eager to grow within a dynamic environment, we would be excited to hear from you.

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Consultant with a strong IT background and at least **2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, or IT Consulting, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.**

The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with hands-on technical expertise and the ability to write code when required. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**

-   Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to improve workflow efficiency and information management
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECM solutions with existing systems and processes
-   Develop code (e.g., scripting, extensions) when required and integrate systems using APIs and third-party tools
-   Prepare and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or a related field
-   At least 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, IT Consulting, or similar roles
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients
-   Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
-   Strong interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset
