## Description

We are looking for a **Full Stack Developer** to join a digital product team building scalable web applications for the HR, recruitment and professional services market.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of user-friendly platforms, including employer portals, candidate profiles, assessment flows, dashboards and integration features.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Design, develop and maintain web applications and platform features.
-   Work across frontend and backend development.
-   Build secure, scalable and maintainable code.
-   Collaborate with product, UX/UI and business teams.
-   Integrate third-party APIs, data services and automation tools.
-   Participate in technical architecture decisions.
-   Ensure performance, quality, security and reliability of the platform.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of software development experience.
-   Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Next.js or Node.js.
-   Experience with databases, APIs and cloud environments.
-   Understanding of authentication, data privacy and secure coding practices.
-   Ability to work in agile product teams.
-   Experience in SaaS, HR tech, marketplaces or platform products will be considered a plus.
