We are seeking an experienced **Litigation Paralegal with strong Texas law expertise** to join our on-site team. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced litigation setting and enjoys working closely with attorneys and team members in-office.

## Requirements

**What You’ll Do**

🔹 **Lead & Support the Team**

-   Supervise, train, and mentor junior paralegals
-   Ensure high-quality, consistent work across the team

🔹 **Discovery & Case Strategy**

-   Draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch
-   Develop case-specific legal strategies based on facts and law

🔹 **Legal Drafting**

-   Prepare petitions, pleadings, and complaints for state and federal courts
-   Draft motions, including motions to compel

🔹 **Jury Charge Development**

-   Create precise jury charges to guide case strategy
-   Align discovery and pleadings with key legal elements

🔹 **Evidence & Case Management**

-   Review and analyze discovery, medical records, and case evidence
-   Ensure all documentation is accurate, thorough, and strategically aligned

🔹 **Trial Preparation**

-   Prepare detailed trial binders and support attorneys during trial
-   Coordinate and organize all necessary trial materials

🔹 **Deadline Management**

-   Track court deadlines and ensure timely filings

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience:**

-   5+ years as a Litigation Paralegal
-   Strong background in **Texas Plaintiff Personal Injury law**

**Expertise:**

-   Proven ability to independently handle discovery and legal drafting
-   Experience developing case strategies from the ground up

**Skills:**

-   Exceptional drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases

**Leadership:**

-   Ability to train, guide, and support junior team members
