## Description

**We don't hire assistants. We build partnerships.**

Moonlight connects the world's most driven executives with the people who make their days possible. We're building our Executive Partner pipeline and we're looking for the best.

If you're the person who spots the problem before it happens, drafts the email before it's asked, and keeps calm when everything's moving fast this role was built for you.

**What You'll Do**

Own your executive's calendar, inbox, and priorities like they're your own. This means taking full responsibility for managing and optimizing your executive’s daily workflow so they can focus on what matters most. Specifically, you will:

- Manage calendar scheduling with precision across multiple time zones, ensuring smart prioritization of meetings, deadlines, and personal commitments.
- Handle email triage by effectively sorting, drafting, and following up on critical communications to keep your executive informed and responsive without overwhelm.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics smoothly, from flights and accommodations to itineraries and on-the-go changes, making travel hassle-free.
- Prepare thoroughly for meetings by organizing agendas, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
- Conduct research, coordinate with vendors, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Provide project support using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or other platforms your executive prefers, helping manage tasks, deadlines, and collaboration.

Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, meaning no two days look the same—and that’s exactly what makes this role engaging and dynamic. You’ll thrive in an environment where adaptability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving are essential to your success.
