## Description

About the role

We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Field Marketing Manager to own and grow Healthee's presence in the field. You'll lead our trade shows, conferences, hosted events, and client activations, bringing our brand to life and creating meaningful opportunities for Sales.

You'll own the entire event lifecycle, from strategy and planning to onsite execution and follow-up, with a focus on building relationships, generating pipeline, and driving measurable business impact.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance creative thinking with flawless execution.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute Healthee-hosted events, including broker dinners, employer roundtables, workshops, and open-enrollment activations.
- Represent Healthee at client job fairs, employer events, and industry conferences.
- Build and manage the field marketing calendar, prioritizing events based on business objectives, regional opportunities, and pipeline potential.
- Partner closely with Sales and broker account teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and maximize engagement before, during, and after events.
- Define event goals, track performance, and measure success through attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Creative & Brand team to develop compelling event experiences, booth materials, presentations, and collateral.
- Own event budgets, vendor relationships, timelines, and onsite execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Gather insights and feedback from brokers, employers, and attendees to inform future marketing initiatives and share learnings with Product Marketing and Sales leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our field marketing efforts, experiment with new event formats, and maximize impact.

## Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B events, ideally in benefits, healthcare, insurance, or SaaS.
- Proven experience owning trade shows, conferences, and customer-facing events from planning through execution.
- A strong understanding of how field marketing supports sales, builds relationships, and generates pipeline.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and hands-on approach. You're comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence engaging brokers, HR leaders, executives, and internal teams.
- Experience using CRM and event management platforms (HubSpot is a plus).
- Willingness to travel regularly to support events and field marketing initiatives.
