## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to announce an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a paid relocation package. This position offers the chance to work in a vibrant city while ensuring a safe and positive online environment for Spanish-speaking users. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to company policies and community standards.
-   Accurately classify and evaluate content according to established moderation guidelines.
-   Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams for resolution.
-   Provide feedback on content trends and user engagement to improve moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance content moderation processes.
-   Stay informed about updates to company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
-   Previous content moderation experience or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
-   Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
