### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat.
-   Manage inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support promptly and professionally.
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Stay updated on company products and services to offer knowledgeable assistance.
-   Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
-   Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
-   Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
-   Detail-oriented and well-organized.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs covered.
