### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking players via live chat, email, and phone.
-   Assist with inquiries regarding gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
-   Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high-quality gaming experience for our players.
-   Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in **Dutch** and proficient in English; additional language skills are a plus.
-   Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
-   Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
-   Familiarity with customer support software and basic technical troubleshooting.
-   Willingness to relocate to **Malta** and embrace a new cultural experience.
