POWERGROUP Resources on behalf of our client Cornell Feenstra Electric Ltd. is seeking a Electrical Estimator who is passionate about the electrical industry and eager to contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ontario. ### What you will do

-   Prepare accurate electrical cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
-   Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
-   Assist in preparing bid proposals and tracking project costs.
-   Source and evaluate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
-   Collaborate with project managers, senior estimators, and clients to refine estimates and ensure project efficiency.
-   Stay up to date on Ontario Electrical Safety Code and industry best practices.

## Requirements

-   1-3 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably in residential and commercial projects.

-   Experience with takeoffs and bid preparation for residential and commercial electrical jobs.
-   Knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and technical drawings.
-   Familiarity with estimating software such as Accubid, Trimble, or similar.
-   Experience in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-   Knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.
-   Experience sourcing and evaluating pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
-   Ontario 309A Electrical License (or working towards it) is an asset.
