## Description

About the Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL)

The Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is an applied research initiative focused on workforce intelligence for the construction industry and built environment: labor market visibility, workforce planning, compensation intelligence, labor scarcity analysis, workforce analytics, operational workforce interpretation, and regional workforce intelligence. WIL combines publicly available labor data, compensation trends, contractor growth indicators, workforce demand signals, and construction activity into operational workforce intelligence for construction firms and industry operators.

We engage experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and project-based contract roles, as applicable to the award and staffing model. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for partner and field sites. We build ready teams for live grant and sponsored-research pursuits.

This opportunity is contingent upon grant or sponsored-project award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal or funding package.

Full-time employment or a project-based contract may be scoped separately when an award calls for it.

The work focuses on workforce intelligence infrastructure, fellowship coordination, publication processes, research collaboration, methodology systems, institutional partnerships, and future grant and workforce-initiative opportunities.
