The **AGM / GM – Digital Marketing** will function as the **primary digital growth owner** for Garbhagudi IVF, translating the organisation’s vision, brand strategy, and growth roadmap into measurable digital outcomes. This role will **lead couple acquisition, performance marketing, CRM-led journeys, and digital brand presence** across all branches, while working closely with **branch teams, medical leadership, CRM/sales, and agencies**.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced **AGM– Digital Marketing** to drive Garbhagudi IVF’s digital marketing engine with a strong focus on ethical couple acquisition, brand visibility, and conversion excellence. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare marketing sensitivities, digital platforms, and performance metrics, along with hands-on leadership of internal teams and partners.

_**IVF or healthcare marketing experience will be a strong added advantage.**_

**Qualifications & Experience**

-   Any Graduate or Post graduate in Digital Marketing space.
-   **More than 8 years of experience**, with **3–5 years in a leadership role**.
-   Strong experience in **performance marketing, lead lifecycle management, and analytics**.
-   **Healthcare exposure** is an added advantage.
-   Strong understanding of **ethical marketing, compliance, and customer journey**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1\. Digital Growth & Performance Marketing**

-   Own and execute Garbhagudi IVF’s **digital acquisition strategy**.
-   Drive continuous improvement in **CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI**.
-   Manage digital marketing budgets with accountability and transparency.

**2\. Customer Journey, CRM & Funnel Optimization**

-   Own the **end-to-end digital Customer Journey funnel** (awareness → lead → consultation → follow-up).
-   Work closely with **CRM, sales, and branch teams** to improve lead handling and conversion outcomes.
-   Strengthen **lead nurturing, automation, remarketing, and retention strategies**.
-   Ensure alignment between digital campaigns and on-ground counselling experience.

**3\. Digital Brand Presence & Content**

-   Lead digital content strategy across **website, blogs, social media, and video platforms**.
-   Ensure all content reflects Garbhagudi IVF’s **empathetic, credible, and compliant brand voice**.
-   Monitor and manage online reputation and engagement.

**4\. Website, SEO & Data Analytics**

-   Own **website performance, SEO strategy, landing pages, and CRO initiatives**.
-   Track and report digital KPIs using **Google Analytics, dashboards, and CRM reports**.
-   Present performance insights, trends, and improvement plans to the management and leadership team.

**5\. Team Leadership & Agency Management**

-   Lead and mentor internal teams across **performance marketing, content, social media, and design**.
-   Manage digital agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
-   Build strong internal processes, accountability, and capability within the digital team.
