### Responsibilities

-   Monitor and moderate user-generated content on social media in Slovak using AI moderation tools
-   Review submissions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand values
-   Engage with users through comments and messages, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
-   Utilize AI insights to identify patterns of behavior and content issues within the community
-   Collaborate with the social media team to enhance user engagement and satisfaction
-   Stay updated on social media trends and advancements in AI moderation technology
-   Contribute ideas for improving moderation practices based on community feedback

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal, is essential
-   Experience with social media platforms and content moderation is preferred
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines
-   Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
-   Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in moderation is a plus
