## Description

**Remote Mental Health Therapist (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC) in Minnesota**

**Salary:** $100,000–$110,000  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**  
As part of our virtual care team, you’ll deliver therapy services to individuals and families throughout Minnesota. This position allows you to work from home while ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality support.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Host telehealth therapy sessions.
-   Develop treatment strategies based on client needs.
-   Keep thorough clinical records.
-   Offer strategies and resources for sustainable improvement.

## Requirements

-   Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
-   Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
-   Clinical experience with diverse populations.
-   Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
