### **Job Summary**

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-performance, revenue-focused role in the AI & automation space. This is not a typical appointment-setting position—you’ll play a direct role in driving revenue and contributing to closed deals.

This opportunity is ideal for a closer-minded SDR who thrives in outbound sales, owns their pipeline end-to-end, and is motivated by hitting aggressive revenue targets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, LinkedIn, email)
-   Run discovery calls and qualify high-ticket opportunities
-   Manage the full sales pipeline from outreach to close support
-   Book and conduct Zoom meetings with qualified prospects
-   Handle objections confidently and move deals forward
-   Collaborate closely with founders and sales leadership
-   Consistently hit KPIs for outreach, meetings, and revenue contribution

## Requirements

-   3+ years of high-ticket sales experience (non-negotiable)
-   Proven ability to generate and close revenue, not just book meetings
-   Strong cold calling, discovery, and objection-handling skills
-   Experience managing a full sales cycle or pipeline ownership
-   Confident, professional presence on Zoom and client calls
-   Excellent spoken and written English
-   Highly self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability
-   Experience selling AI, automation, or tech-enabled services
-   Familiarity with GoHighLevel
-   Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo
-   Background selling into healthcare, med spas, or service-based businesses
