Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking proficient German-Speaking Transportation Customer Experts to join our team based in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients within the transportation sector, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and professionally. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide excellent customer support and assistance to German-speaking clients regarding transportation services and inquiries.
-   Manage booking requests, scheduling, and problem resolution through various communication channels.
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and service transactions within the CRM system.
-   Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth transport operations and timely service delivery.
-   Stay updated on transportation policies, products, and procedural updates to offer precise information to customers.
-   Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally within transportation or logistics sectors.
-   Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-oriented approach.
-   Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
-   Knowledge of CRM tools and transportation systems is preferred.
-   Detail-focused, proactive, and motivated to deliver top-tier service.
-   Willingness to relocate or work in Greece and embrace multicultural settings.
