## Description

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable **Accounting Teacher - Secondary Stage** to join our esteemed faculty at **Madinaty Integrated Language School**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in accounting, fostering a deep understanding of financial principles among students, and preparing them for their academic and professional futures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cover key accounting concepts, principles, and practices in alignment with the secondary school curriculum.
-   Create an interactive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters critical thinking.
-   Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback to promote improvement.
-   Utilize a range of teaching strategies and technologies to enhance learning and adapt to diverse learning styles.
-   Prepare students for examinations and provide necessary support for their academic progress.
-   Coordinate with other staff members to ensure integrated learning experiences across subjects.
-   Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of the latest developments in accounting education.
-   Engage with parents and the community to support student learning and highlight the importance of accounting education.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Education, or a relevant field.
-   Teaching certification and experience in teaching accounting at the secondary level are preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of accounting principles and educational practices.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and foster a positive learning environment.
-   Proficient in using technology and accounting software relevant to the curriculum.
-   Passion for education and a commitment to student success and engagement.
