## Description

**Job Title:** Operations Coordinator  
**Work Schedule:** Part-Time (20 hours/week) | EST Time Zone  
**Location:** Remote

Remote VA PH is seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Operations Coordinator** to support day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth experience for tutors and students. This role involves managing user intake, providing customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks for the President.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Review and approve new tutor and student accounts
-   Communicate with users via text and email to guide them through setup and onboarding
-   Follow up with users to ensure regular tutor-student sessions
-   Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues professionally
-   Assist the President with scheduling, sending calendar invites, invoicing, and follow-ups
-   Maintain accurate records and ensure all operational processes run efficiently

## Requirements

-   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-   Professional email and text etiquette
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-   Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
-   Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
-   Comfortable using Google Voice for communication
