## Description

SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a qualified Hematologist to join a leading Private Healthcare sector facility. This role involves delivering expert diagnosis and management of blood-related diseases and conditions while providing compassionate patient care in a state-of-the-art private healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include assessing patient symptoms, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure optimal outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to clinical excellence and patient education within a private healthcare setting.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients suspected of having hematological disorders.
-   Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic hematology tests and imaging.
-   Formulate and implement individualized treatment strategies, including chemotherapy and transfusion therapy when appropriate.
-   Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans according to clinical response.
-   Collaborate effectively with oncologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
-   Inform and support patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and prognoses.
-   Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of advancements in hematology.

## Requirements

### Qualifications:

-   Medical doctorate (MD or DO) with completed residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Hematology.
-   Board certification in Hematology preferred.
-   Relevant experience managing a broad range of hematologic conditions within a private healthcare setting is a plus.
-   Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
-   Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team.
-   Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

## Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
