## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a Dutch speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria! This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen interest in fitness technology and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

As a Support Specialist, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and challenges related to Fitbit products, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with their devices.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
-   Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fitbit products and services
-   Educate customers on product features, usage, and best practices
-   Accurately document all customer interactions in our support system
-   Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
-   Encourage customer engagement by providing timely and helpful responses
-   Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
-   Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
-   Preferably prior experience in customer support or technical support
-   Genuine interest in fitness technology and wellness
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Able to work effectively as part of a team
-   Experience with customer support platforms is a plus
