**What your day will feel like**

You’ll be hands-on, working with a small, approachable team to produce high-quality diagnostic consumables. No silos, no being left in the dark, just clear priorities, steady workflows, and colleagues who’ve got your back.

**For now, we are working 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday, but the team is moving towards working alternate earlies and lates shift pattern 06:00 to 14:15 and 13:45 to 22:00 Monday to Friday**

## Requirements

**What you’ll bring**

You don’t need to be perfect, you just need the right mindset.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands on work, values teamwork, and takes ownership of what they do:

-   Practical electronic or mechanical assembly experience and attention to detail
-   Confidence working with others and communicating clearly
-   Experience with stock or materials management
-   Cleanroom experience (ISO 13485 or cGMP is ideal, but not essential)
-   Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is helpful
-   A positive, can do attitude when things need fixing
