**NOW HIRING: Online Order Filling Team Associate!**

As an Online Order Filling Team Associate at Walmart, you’ll help ensure customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll prepare online orders by selecting quality products, following food-safety standards, and providing excellent customer service throughout the fulfillment process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Safely and accurately pick merchandise for customer online orders.
-   Stage and dispense completed orders efficiently while maintaining order accuracy.
-   Follow cold-chain requirements and product-date standards to ensure product quality and safety.
-   Select appropriate product substitutions when requested items are unavailable.
-   Use store fulfillment tools and technology to process and manage customer orders.
-   Verify orders for accuracy and ensure merchandise is properly handled and organized.
-   Assist customers during order pickup and provide friendly, professional service.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment area.
-   Work effectively with team members to meet customer needs and daily fulfillment goals.
