## Description

**Location:** Vilvoorde, Belgium – Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site, remainder remote or from other offices)

**About the Role:**  
We are hiring a **DevOps Engineer** to join a leading media technology team. You will work on high-traffic video platforms used by over **1.5 million users monthly**, contributing to robust, scalable, and fast solutions that process over **100 million requests daily**. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team driving innovation in the streaming and digital media space.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Maintain and improve platform infrastructure for high-performance applications
-   Optimize **CI/CD pipelines** to ensure smooth deployments
-   Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver seamless integrations across web, mobile, and smart TV platforms
-   Monitor and address security vulnerabilities, keeping systems patched and up to date
-   Ensure reliability and scalability of services through best DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices

## Requirements

-   Strong understanding of **DevOps culture** and Site Reliability Engineering principles
-   Extensive experience with **AWS** and **Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)**
-   Proven team player with excellent collaboration skills
-   Ability to improve platforms continuously and proactively question processes

**Desirable Skills:**

-   Knowledge of **observability tools** such as Prometheus, Grafana Stack, and OpenTelemetry
-   Experience with technologies like **Akamai, MongoDB, Docker, Linux, Snyk, Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, Python**
-   Independent, curious, and open-minded
-   Strong focus on quality and best practices
