## Description

AHS is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Assistant HR and Recruitment Manager** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the HR and Recruitment Manager in executing recruitment strategies, facilitating onboarding processes, and enhancing employee relations. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and best practices.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent
-   Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment processes, and facilitate candidate selection
-   Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
-   Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
-   Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws
-   Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
-   Organize training and development programs for staff members
-   Participate in performance management activities and support employee development

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-   3+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles
-   Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
-   Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-   Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
-   Experience in employee engagement initiatives and HR policies implementation
-   Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
