## Description

We are looking for an English Teacher for an international school based in Hangzhou. This position is available from the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year in August 2026.

About the role

-   Teach IGCSE and A-Level English to middle and high school students
-   Design, prepare and deliver high quality lessons to suit the individual needs of all students
-   Co-teach with teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
-   Assess and monitor student progress and provide targets so that all learners can see success and improve
-   Collaborate with other teachers to share new ideas, approaches and professional knowledge
-   Contribute to extra-curricular activities program and participate in school activities such as assemblies, festivals, conferences

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field. Master’s preferred
-   Positive, student focused mindset and belief in student growth
-   Able to learn and apply Chinese standards and new technologies
-   Strong collaboration and communication skills in a dual language immersion setting
